When you step into this apartment from the courtyard you will find a comfortable living, dining and kitchen area. Enjoy cosy nights in relaxing on the comfy three-seater sofa and two armchairs in front of a large TV. If you need to finish off work, there is a round dining table which seats four.
The fully equipped kitchen is complete with a dishwasher and all necessary appliances. This area is large enough for all to join in with evening cooking, with large granite worktops and plenty of cupboards for storage.
From the open plan living area, you reach the first bedroom. Which has two large sash windows that pour light in, and a comfy double bed with a large headboard. There is also an HD-TV on the wall. Next to this bedroom is the family bathroom, with a shower over a bath, demister mirror and shaving point. You then pass through the long hallway to the next bedroom which has an en-suite. The carpets are thick and soft to the touch in both bedrooms and they have a large dressing table with a mirror and antique wardrobe.
Next to the second bedroom are a large hallway and another entrance from the main road. Here you can leave lots of your favourite books on a bookshelf. There is a large storage room too, where you can keep more belongings.
The apartment also benefits from allocated off street parking spaces to the rear of the buildings and securely accessed through a remote - controlled gate.

Excellently located, this apartment is next to the city centre and less than 50 yards away from the popular Gloucester Quays - which has a large cinema, a gym, lots of restaurants and bars, and shops. Throughout the year events are held in the Quays, such as the enchanted Victorian Christmas market bring thousands of people to enjoy the festive spirit and unique Victorian theme.
The Regency building is ideally positioned in a quiet, secluded area and benefits from sympathetic landscaping and a courtyard garden. It is opposite the Gloucester Park, a great place to go for a run or to take family to.Flat 2

Please read our terms and conditions. Minimum stay is two nights, and this may be higher at different times of the year or particular apartments.
To book a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month.
Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, and the first instalment is received two weeks before arrival. For stays, less than two weeks full payment is made instead. The 20% deposit paid is deducted off the first instalment.
A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed its £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in times are from 2pm-6pm; the departure is 10 am unless otherwise agreed. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet. Their may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm, and 8 am, this is given to the person who meets you.
Please call us when your an hour away from arriving at the property, then you will be given a meet and greet.
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Stays of less than seven nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
