A large entrance hallway takes you through to a contemporary living room and kitchen diner on the ground floor. Tastefully decorated and with light filling the room through the large sash windows, the living room is a relaxing space to watch television or relax with a book. The open fireplace, original cornicing and picture rails, all add to the charm of this room.
The kitchen has all modern appliances and lovely cream units with marble tops, that provide plenty of space to cook. Make a fresh coffee with our Krupps coffee machine, comfortably cook large families meals with two ovens and a large hob. It also has a centre island and seating for six to dine. The rear doors open onto a decking area with further outside seating for four. This open plan layout works well and is a great entertaining space inside and out.
On the ground level, at the back of the property, you find the first bedroom and shower room. Tucked away past the kitchen, this light and airy bedroom also offer the opportunity for guests with mobility issues a more comfortable stay.
Follow the stairs up to the next floor where you will find a further two double bedrooms. All bedrooms have wardrobes, chest of drawers and plenty of storage space for all your items. There is a fourth bedroom/study for occasional use, with a desk and sofa bed. The first floor bedrooms are serviced by a modern family bathroom with a large shower and bath, along with a separate toilet for the top floor bedrooms.
Elegantly decorated throughout, this serviced townhouse is an excellent home for corporate stays and families. With the extra advantage of off-street parking directly outside the property for two cars, you won’t find another house with versatile accommodation, in such a great location.

There is an abundance of quaint venues to visit for all tastes and preferences within a short distance. Discover Cheltenham Town Hall, popular for its architecture and many events, such as the Jazz, Science, Music & Literature Festival, all held a minute's walk away, in the charming Imperial Montpellier Gardens.
There is also the popular Pittville park, a short walk through Cheltenham Spa Town. Recently redesigned, it’s become an iconic park to visit with paddle boats, dessert parlours, with the prestigious historical Pump Rooms.
If you wish to venture out into the Cotswolds, Cheltenham's train station is a short drive away. Alternatively, there is a coach and bus station situated at Cheltenham Royal Well, besides the town centre.39

Please read our terms and conditions. Minimum stay is two nights, and this may be higher at different times of the year or particular apartments.
To book a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month.
Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, and the first instalment is received two weeks before arrival. For stays, less than two weeks full payment is made instead. The 20% deposit paid is deducted off the first instalment.
A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed its £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in times are from 2pm-6pm; the departure is 10 am unless otherwise agreed. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet. Their may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm, and 8 am, this is given to the person who meets you.
Please call us when your an hour away from arriving at the property, then you will be given a meet and greet.
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Stays of less than seven nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
