Just off the main hallway, there’s a spacious bedroom featuring a comfy super-king size bed with deluxe headboard and warm relaxing bedside lighting. This bed can also be split to create large twin bed - ideal for friends sharing an apartment in Cheltenham.
Large built-in mirrored wardrobes reflect light into the room from the large original sash windows whilst offering plenty of storage for all your clothes and shoes. An elegant dressing table with large mirror offers a convenient place to get ready.
Following on from the hallway to the front of the property is a bright and airy lounge diner with two large sash windows which flood light in and offer views over the leafy street where you can admire the regency features of the local area. In the evening roll down the blackout blinds, turn on the chic, warm lighting and relax in front of the HD Smart TV from a comfy sofa or cosy armchair with footstool for added relaxation.
A quaint dining table with seating for two sits just off the fully equipped kitchen. Also, with views out over the street and light pouring in through the sash window, the kitchen is sleek and bright – perfectly equipped for long-term, self-catering stays.
The stylish bathroom is finished with earthy tones and a large walk-in shower, handy towel warmer and illuminated mirror.

50 London Road is a short stroll from the Cheltenham Town Centre, where you’ll find plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.
Sandford Parks Lido is also a two-minute walk away – one of the country’s largest outdoor pools, with heated main pool and children’s pool. Basketball, volleyball and tennis table are also available, as well as a café, all set in beautifully landscaped gardens.
Nestled along the edge of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham is Britain's most complete Regency Town. Strolling around you'll certainly be wowed by the regency architecture - with impressive crescents, imposing pillars and huge sash windows.
Cheltenham is known as the Festival Town, hosting several large annual festivals that attract visitors from across the country. Popular festivals include the Literature Festival, the Gold Cup and the Jazz Festival.
The town also attracts many young academics, being the home of many highly regarded schools such as Cheltenham Ladies College, Cheltenham College, Dean Close and Pates Grammar.

Minimum stay is two nights - this may be higher at different times of the year or at particular apartments.
To book a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month.
Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, and the first instalment is received two weeks before arrival. For stays, less than two weeks full payment is made instead. The 20% deposit paid is deducted off the first instalment.
A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed its £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in times are from 2pm-6pm; the departure is 10 am unless otherwise agreed. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet. Their may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm, and 8 am, this is given to the person who meets you.
Please call us when your an hour away from arriving at the property, then you will be given a meet and greet.
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Stays of less than seven nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
