The serviced apartment has been spread across a Regency townhouse and boasts fantastic views of the beautiful Cotswold hills and surrounding areas.

The open-plan kitchen is a delight for self-catering stays, thanks to its spacious oak worktops and first-class appliances, such as a large fridge freezer and dishwasher. The glossy units provide ample amounts of storage, and the breakfast bar seats three people comfortably, making cooking a lot more sociable and fun.

The living area is an ideal place to entertain with three welcoming sofas and an armchair offering seating for up to seven people. It has been tastefully furnished with unique artwork, antique replica and vintage trunks to add character to the room. There is also an HD-TV with Freeview channels and a DVD player for guests to enjoy at their leisure.

Both generously sized bedrooms offer sumptuous King size beds with cushioned headboards and mosaic-style furnishings. The master bedroom further benefits from a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in power shower.

There’s also a family bathroom which has a luxurious freestanding bath, a sensored mirror and underfloor heating to enjoy when you get out.

The town centre boasts many high street shops as well as independent pubs, bars and retailers. Just a 5-minute stroll away you’ll find yourself on the famous Promenade – a stunning tree-lined thoroughfare boasting many independent cafes, boutiques and bars.

Imperial Gardens and Sandford Park are both easily reachable on foot - both great open spaces to escape the hustle and bustle of the town.

Nestled along the edge of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham is Britain's most complete Regency Town. Strolling around you'll certainly be wowed by the regency architecture - with impressive crescents, imposing pillars and huge sash windows.

Cheltenham is known as the Festival Town, hosting several large annual festivals that attract visitors from across the country. Popular festivals include the Literature Festival, the Gold Cup and the Jazz Festival.

The town also attracts many young academics, being the home of many highly regarded schools such as Cheltenham Ladies College, Cheltenham College, Dean Close and Pates Grammar.

If you wish to venture out and explore the Cotswolds, there is a large bus station at Royal Well which services the town centre, GCHQ, Bishops Cleeve, Gloucester, Stroud and Tewkesbury. Cheltenham Train Station is a few minutes' drive away.

Booking terms

Minimum stay is two nights - this may be higher at different times of the year or at particular apartments.

To book a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month. 

Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, and the first instalment is received two weeks before arrival.  For stays, less than two weeks full payment is made instead.  The 20% deposit paid is deducted off the first instalment.

A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed its £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.

Arrival and departure times

Check-in times are from 2pm-6pm; the departure is 10 am unless otherwise agreed. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet. Their may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm, and 8 am, this is given to the person who meets you. 

Please call us when your an hour away from arriving at the property, then you will be given a meet and greet.

Apartment rules

No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

Cancellation policy

Stays of less than seven nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).

Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.

Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.

Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
