This two double bedroom apartment is located at garden level of an elegant listed Regency building. Royal Parade offers a home from home experience for visitors to Cheltenham, with space to entertain. In fair weather the paved patio garden is perfect for alfresco living. Inside there's a well-equipped modern kitchen, although the bars and restaurants of Montpellier are just a short stroll away if you prefer to take things easy.
The master double bedroom is en-suite with a shower room, plus there is a separate bathroom to serve the second double bedroom. If space and comfort, peace and quiet are what you are looking for then Royal Parade is the answer.
In the living room there is a sofa-bed which could also be used if necessary by negotiation. The apartment can also be configured as one double and one twin bedrooms, if preferred.

Minimum stay is two nights, and this may be higher at different times of the year or particular apartments.
To book a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month.
Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, and the first instalment is received two weeks before arrival. For stays, less than two weeks full payment is made instead. The 20% deposit paid is deducted off the first instalment.
A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 during the gold cup. If pets are allowed its £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in times are from 2pm-6pm; the departure is 10 am unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours before booking.
Please call us when your an hour away from arriving at the property, then you will be given a meet and greet.
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Stays of less than seven nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
