The kitchen and dining area cater for all occasions; An evening dinner with friends is effortless, as the country style dining table seats up to four. Mornings can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar, with seating for two.

At the end of a long day, the harmonious back bedroom provides a quiet sanctuary in which to unwind. Feel rest assured of a peaceful night’s sleep, on the comfortable king-sized bed. Make use of the dressing table, positioned towards streaming light, let in by the large sash window. There is an abundance of storage space, with a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Just across the communal hall from 8 Judges, there is another bedroom with a bathroom. This bedroom has a walk-in shower and a double bed and a TV. Plus a kitchenette, with a fridge and kettle.

This apartment also benefits from allocated off street parking spaces to the rear of the buildings and securely accessed through a remote - controlled gate.

Booking terms

To book, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, contact us to only pay 20% of the first month.

For stays, less than 2 weeks final payment is due on arrival, for longer stays payment is taken in two-week intervals.

A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 during the gold cup. If pets are allowed its £500.

Arrival and departure times

Check-in times are from 2pm-6pm, the departure is 10 am unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours before booking.

Please call us when your an hour away from arriving at the property, then you will be given a meet and greet.

Apartment rules

No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

Cancellation policy

Stays of less than 7 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 7 days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property is able to be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).

Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least 7 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.

Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.

Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
