As you walk up to the building, admire the large roman pillars that frame the grand entrance. Follow stairs up through the bright communal hallway and enter the apartment to a large living area. Furnished with cream carpet and two cream leather sofas, this room is warm and bright; heightened by the two large sash windows, complete with original shutters, allowing light to pour in. The traditional marble mantelpiece adds sophistication and luxury to the room. Savour cosy nights in, watching films.
Wander into the kitchen, beautifully decorated and fully equipped, with characterful features, such as its large stone sink. Mornings at the breakfast bar will feel bright, as the sun shines in through the large sash window. Enjoy hosting an evening dinner, as the cleverly designed open plan makes self-catering easy, as you prepare meals while chatting with friends. Spend quiet evenings out on the balcony at the bistro table, with seating for two.
If you need a space to work or just a quiet spot to relax, take advantage of the mezzanine floor, which offers a desk and plenty of cupboards for storage.

With a moments walk, you'll be in Cheltenham's vibrant regency town centre, best known for its beautiful architecture, Cheltenham town hall events, excellent shopping and horse racing at the world famous Prestbury Park racecourse. Cheltenham also plays a fabulous host to the Music, Jazz, Science and Literature Festivals currently held in the Imperial Gardens.
If you wish to travel outside of Cheltenham Spa to visit the picturesque Cotswolds, you will find the Cheltenham train station a short minutes drive away. Alternatively, there is a large coach and bus station situated at Cheltenham Royal Well, besides the town centre.Flat 3

Please read our terms and conditions. Minimum stay is two nights, and this may be higher at different times of the year or particular apartments.
To book a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month.
Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, and the first instalment is received two weeks before arrival. For stays, less than two weeks full payment is made instead. The 20% deposit paid is deducted off the first instalment.
A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed its £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in times are from 2pm-6pm; the departure is 10 am unless otherwise agreed. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet. Their may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm, and 8 am, this is given to the person who meets you.
Please call us when your an hour away from arriving at the property, then you will be given a meet and greet.
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Stays of less than seven nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
