This property excels in character with its tall ceilings, large sash windows and traditional touches such as an old-fashioned drying rack, a four-poster bed and a marble fireplace.
The living room is a spacious and relaxing area to unwind after a long day. It has exceptional furnishings including an elegant sofa and chair, a vintage style table and ornaments for décor. The focal point of the room is the spectacular and traditional fireplace.
The kitchen has glossy white units with plenty of room to prepare delicious meals on the granite worktop. It’s fully equipped with high-quality appliances and a six-seater dining table with stunning views of the Cotswold hills.
Each bedroom has large sash windows which allow lots of light in and provides a great working area as both bedrooms have desks. The main bedroom has a classic four-poster bed with a fitted wardrobe. The second consists of a double bed with a wardrobe and colourful British bunting for décor, giving you that regal feel.
Down the spacious hallway is the family bathroom which has a large bath with an overhead power shower, and inside the generously-sized cupboard is a washer/dryer, and a laundry basket with more storage to hand.
The third bedroom is a delightful mezzanine room which is just down the stairs from Flat A. This includes a double bed, a TV with Freeview channels, a fridge, microwave and tea-making facilities and an en-suite with a shower. This is perfect for couples, corporate sharing and teenagers because it's lovely and private, but you still have access to the larger apartment too.

Within a moments walk, you'll arrive at a variety of recommended local businesses, such as Door 4 cocktail bay, salons & quaint cafes. Cheltenham’s Promenade is surrounded by popular shopping stores and historical architecture. Then there's Cheltenham Town Hall, host to a wide range of events & entertainment, with the charming Imperial Gardens home to the Science, Jazz, Literature and Music Festivals, throughout the year.
If you wish to view the picturesque scenes of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham's large coach station is based at Royal Well, just a moments’ walk away. Alternatively, Cheltenham train station is a short drive away.8 Royal Parade

Minimum stay is two nights - this may be higher at different times of the year or at particular apartments.
To book a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month.
Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, and the first instalment is received two weeks before arrival. For stays, less than two weeks full payment is made instead. The 20% deposit paid is deducted off the first instalment.
A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed its £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in times are from 2pm-6pm; the departure is 10 am unless otherwise agreed. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet. Their may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm, and 8 am, this is given to the person who meets you.
Please call us when your an hour away from arriving at the property, then you will be given a meet and greet.
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Stays of less than seven nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
