Bedroom two is more spacious and comes with a sumptuous king size bed, a wardrobe and a set of drawers. This room also benefits from Virgin Media channels if you wanted to watch TV in bed. The purple throw beautifully matches the sparkling amethyst ornament which has been delicately placed.
This serviced apartment further benefits from an en-suite with a shower over bath and a smaller bathroom with a shower cubicle and seating. Once you’re finished wrap yourself up in our luxurious, fluffy towels which we provide.

3 Chelsea Square is in a highly convenient location, with Cheltenham’s regency town centre on it's doorstep. Nearby are the most highly recommended local businesses, to include restaurants, bars and beauty venues.
A short distance away is the ‘Imperial Gardens,’ host to the Jazz, Science, Literature and Music Festivals, organised by Cheltenham Town Hall. There is also the Promenade, with its historical architecture and amble variety of excellent shops. Then on to the fashionable district of ‘Montpellier Walk’ just a short distance away, full of characteristic boutiques, cafes and cocktail bars such as Door4, Café Del Art and Silks of Cheltenham.
The famous Cotswolds can be explored by coach, using the Royal Well coach station, just around the corner. Alternatively, Cheltenham train station is just a short drive away.Flat 3

Minimum stay is 2 nights, this may be higher at different times of the year or at particular apartments.
To book, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month. For the Gold cup festival, we take a 50% deposit instead, final payment is due a month prior to arrival which is non-refundable.
Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, the first instalment is taken two weeks prior to arrival. For stays, less than 2 weeks full payment is taken instead. The 20% deposit paid is deducted off the first instalment.
A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 during the gold cup. If pets are allowed its £500. This is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in times are from 2pm-6pm, the departure is 10 am unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours before booking.
Please call us when your an hour away from arriving at the property, then you will be given a meet and greet.
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Stays of less than 7 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 7 days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property is able to be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least 7 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
