Velux windows feature throughout the apartment offering stunning views over Cheltenham and the surrounding Cotswolds as well as allowing natural light to flood in, creating a bright and airy living space.
The open plan aspect of this serviced apartment means it’s a great space to socialise. With a cute round dining table placed between the lounge and kitchen, you can cook whilst you entertain. A large corner sofa is placed around the feature fireplace and HD TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening.
The kitchen is bright, fresh and fully equipped with plenty of counter space and storage, making this a great long-term, self-catering option.
Along the hallway there’s additional storage/wardrobe space as well as a second bathroom with WC & shower – handy for colleagues or friends sharing.
The master bedroom has been finished with neutral tones and vintage furniture to create a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Adjoining is a shower ensuite with light up vanity mirror as well as handy towel warmer.
Next door there’s a small double room from which you can enjoy great views over the Cotswolds.

Minimum stay is two nights - this may be higher at different times of the year or at particular apartments.
To book a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month.
Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, and the first instalment is received two weeks before arrival. For stays, less than two weeks full payment is made instead. The 20% deposit paid is deducted off the first instalment.
A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed its £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in times are from 2pm-6pm; the departure is 10 am unless otherwise agreed. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet. Their may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm, and 8 am, this is given to the person who meets you.
Please call us when your an hour away from arriving at the property, then you will be given a meet and greet.
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Stays of less than seven nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
