Your New Home
Flat 5 has recently been renovated throughout and has its own private entrance. Upon entering the apartment, there’s a handy boot room - a great place to drop coats and shoes on wet winter days. Following on from this is a bright and spacious open plan lounge/kitchen-diner, finished with a relaxing blush pink and grey colour scheme complemented by splashes of gold to complete the understated luxury feel.
An abundance of light flows into each of the rooms through the large Georgian windows. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space as well as two comfy stools at the breakfast bar and is fully equipped to prepare your favourite meals. Overlooking the lounge area, it's perfect for socialising. Velvet chairs, cosy soft furnishing and indoor plants create a tranquil atmosphere to relax in.
At the rear of the property, a plush Super-King-size bed with velvet headboard takes centre stage in the impressive master bedroom opening out onto a small private courtyard with table and chairs- a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or alfresco dining in the summer.
A great long-term home, there’s plenty of storage in the triple wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as a convenient place to get ready with its full-length mirror and stunning mirrored dressing table.
Further increasing the luxury of this serviced apartment is the superb master bathroom boasting both an oversized free-standing bathtub and a separate rainfall shower unit plus a heated towel warmer and LED vanity mirror.

Elizabeth House is located in the centre of one of Cheltenham’s finest crescents.
The popular Lansdown district is a great option for staying in Cheltenham. It’s a quieter option than its neighbour Montpellier, yet still just a short stroll from the amenities that Cheltenham has to offer. Montpellier Walk with its many boutiques, eateries and bars is less than a 5-minute stroll.
The area feels safe and family-oriented with a children’s play park at the end of the crescent, as well as plenty of open green space. It’s also just a mile to Cheltenham Spa Train Station.
Nestled along the edge of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham is Britain's most complete Regency Town. Strolling around you'll certainly be wowed by the regency architecture - with impressive crescents, imposing pillars and huge sash windows.
Cheltenham is known as the Festival Town, hosting several large annual festivals that attract visitors from across the country. Popular festivals include the Literature Festival, the Gold Cup and the Jazz Festival.
The town also attracts many young academics, being the home of many highly regarded schools such as Cheltenham Ladies College, Cheltenham College, Dean Close and Pates Grammar.
If you wish to venture out and explore the Cotswolds, there is a large bus station at Royal Well which services the town centre, GCHQ, Bishops Cleeve, Gloucester, Stroud and Tewkesbury.Elizabeth House
