Kenilworth House is immediately noticeable by its pastel green exterior, commanding white pillars and well-manicured grounds.
At the front of the building, large sash windows flood light into the open plan lounge and dining area. A colourful feature rug contrasts neutral tones on the walls and furniture. The living room has a quaint rocking chair, a leather sofa and tub chair arranged around the HD TV. It's has high ceilings with cornicing create a feeling of space, while the room is kept cosy with warm lighting in the floor lamps. A round dining table seating four has views over Cheltenham's Pittville Park.
Leading on from the lounge is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for self-catering stays in Cheltenham. Plenty of counter space provides a functional area to prepare meals for your family and friends. Fully fitted appliances include a dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob with extractor. Please note this apartment only has a washing machine, there is a clothes horse.
Along the corridor is a sizable family bathroom which services both bedrooms. The large towel radiator is perfect for those winter morning’s, allowing you to step out of the power shower or bath into a warm, fluffy towel.
To the rear of the property are two double bedrooms, one of which splits to make twin beds, both have plenty of storage for clothes and personal items.
Pastel blue walls and simple white furniture create a tranquil feel in the master bedroom, complemented by a comfy double bed. The second bedroom is equally as quaint, and both bedrooms have a full-length mirrored wardrobe – perfect for getting ready for the day.
Two allocated parking spaces behind the apartment building are perfect for unloading all your shopping and no need to struggle to find on-road parking space.

Kenilworth House is located along Pittville Lawn, with great access to Pittville Park and lakes. Pittville is a great area for families, those with pets and those who love to be active and outdoors.
There’s a newsagent, beauty salon, nursery and church within 500 yards for your convenience, whilst the High Street is just a 10-minute walk away.
Nestled along the edge of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham is Britain's most complete Regency Town. Strolling around you'll certainly be wowed by the regency architecture - with impressive crescents, imposing pillars and huge sash windows.
Cheltenham is known as the Festival Town, hosting several large annual festivals that attract visitors from across the country. Popular festivals include the Literature Festival, the Gold Cup and the Jazz Festival.
The town also attracts many young academics, being the home of many highly regarded schools such as Cheltenham Ladies College, Cheltenham College, Dean Close and Pates Grammar.
If you wish to venture out and explore the Cotswolds, there is a large bus station at Royal Well which services the town centre, GCHQ, Bishops Cleeve, Gloucester, Stroud and Tewkesbury. Cheltenham Train Station is a few minutes’ drive away.Kenilworth House

The minimum stay is two nights - this may be higher at different times of the year or at particular apartments.
To book a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month.
Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, and the first instalment is received two weeks before arrival. For stays, less than 30 nights full payment is made instead. The 20% deposit paid is deducted from the first instalment.
A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed it's £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in times are from 3 pm-6 pm, at some properties, we can allow a later check-in time if self-check-in is possible, without charge. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet.
There may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm and 12 pm, if the property does not have a self-check-in option, the £50 is given to the person who meets you out of their office hours.
The departure is at 10 am unless otherwise agreed.
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Stays of less than seven nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
