The classic black and white colour scheme throughout makes the apartment look sophisticated and chic, with delicately placed ornaments. Perfectly positioned in front of the fireplace and HD-TV is a sofa and footstall where you can unwind after a long day.
Drift your way up the most prominent feature in this apartment, the spectacularly fabulous spiral staircase, and you’ll find the bedroom.
This room oozes with character, it overlooks the living room and has a uniquely low ceiling and chandelier. Next to the window is a desk which provides a relaxing working area, or it can be used as a dressing table. In addition to this, there’s a sumptuous king-size bed, plenty of storage for your clothes and a chair which makes a great spot for catching up on a book.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with high-quality appliances, a dishwasher, tea-making facilities and a breakfast bar for two, with plenty of room to prepare delicious home-cooked meals on the granite worktop.
The bathroom has a bath over shower so you can benefit from the best of both worlds. There is a storage cupboard also which is mirrored for your convenience.
Really appreciate the quiet location this property is in, by accessing the spacious balcony through the windows in the living room. Enjoy a glass of wine in the evening whilst sitting outside.

Lansdown Court is situated in a prestigious courted area, surrounded by terrace period homes and overlooking a private court garden.
Within yards of the fashionable district ‘Montpellier Walk’ with its variety of recommended local businesses, such as Door 4 Cocktail bar, Flynn’s Bar and Brasserie and a variety of individual boutiques.
Venture on further into the vibrant Regency Town, best known for its beautiful architecture and superb shopping. With the iconic Cheltenham Town Hall, host to a wide range of entertainment, alongside the Everyman Theatre.

Minimum stay is two nights - this may be higher at different times of the year or at particular apartments.
To book a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month.
Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, and the first instalment is received two weeks before arrival. For stays, less than two weeks full payment is made instead. The 20% deposit paid is deducted off the first instalment.
A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed its £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in times are from 2pm-6pm; the departure is 10 am unless otherwise agreed. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet. Their may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm, and 8 am, this is given to the person who meets you.
Please call us when your an hour away from arriving at the property, then you will be given a meet and greet.
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Stays of less than seven nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
