Your new home
Lansdown Court is a hidden gem which has been furnished to an exceptional standard with a few traditional touches. With a beautiful spiral staircase and a generously sized balcony, this makes it the perfect nest.
The living room excels in character with its tall ceilings and large sash windows, allowing plenty of light in. The classic black and white colour scheme throughout makes the apartment look sophisticated and chic, with delicately placed ornaments. Perfectly positioned in front of the fireplace and HD-TV is a sofa and footstall where you can unwind after a long day.
The bedroom overlooks the living room, it has a 6"2 ceiling and a beautiful chandelier. Next to the window is a desk which provides a relaxing working area, or it can be used as a dressing table. In addition to this, there’s a sumptuous king-size bed, plenty of storage for your clothes and a chair which makes a great spot for catching up on a book.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with high-quality appliances, a dishwasher, tea-making facilities and a breakfast bar for two, with plenty of room to prepare delicious home-cooked meals on the granite worktop.
The bathroom has a bath over shower so you can benefit from the best of both worlds. There is a storage cupboard also which is mirrored for your convenience.
Take a look inside (and out):
Set back from the road in a courted area, concealed behind tall trees and greenery, this property feels safe, private and family-oriented with a children’s play park just around the corner, as well as plenty of open green space.
The popular Lansdown district is a great option for staying in Cheltenham. It’s a quieter option than its neighbour Montpellier, yet still just a short stroll from the amenities that Cheltenham has to offer. Montpellier Walk with its many boutiques, eateries and bars is less than a 5-minute stroll.
It’s also just a mile to Cheltenham Spa Train Station.
Nestled along the edge of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham is Britain's most complete Regency Town. Strolling around you'll certainly be wowed by the regency architecture - with impressive crescents, imposing pillars and huge sash windows.
Cheltenham is known as the Festival Town, hosting several large annual festivals that attract visitors from across the country. Popular festivals include the Literature Festival, the Gold Cup and the Jazz Festival.
The town also attracts many young academics, being the home of many highly regarded schools such as Cheltenham Ladies College, Cheltenham College, Dean Close and Pates Grammar.
If you wish to venture out and explore the Cotswolds, there is a large bus station at Royal Well which services the town centre, GCHQ, Bishops Cleeve, Gloucester, Stroud and Tewkesbury.Flat 5
