Upon entering the living room of this second-floor apartment, you will notice its open-plan appearance, which is perfect for both relaxing, as well as socialising. There is lots of room on the designer sofa to enjoy your favourite TV shows, or why not unwind in the luxurious, crushed velvet chair with a good novel.
The dining area has a round glass table to seat four on its comfy chairs, a breakfast bar seats two in the mornings. A brightly lit kitchen has a very modern, minimalist feel with its' fresh white and cool grey décor. It is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a self-catering stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine.
When you are ready to retire to your bedroom and recover from your busy day, the spacious bedrooms both come with designer beds, plush pillows and a large warming throw, perfect for those cold winter nights. You will also have ample storage with a deep wardrobe, chest of draws, and a full-length mirror to get ready in front of.
The main bedroom has an en-suite and the second bedroom is next to the family bathroom. Both bathrooms come with a large walk-in shower with a wall to wall mirror, making it the perfect place to freshen up and get ready for the day ahead. The family bathroom also benefits from lovely views of the Cotswold hills from the shower.
Two Painswick is ideally located for leisure and business stays alike. It has easy access to the A40, its a short stroll to the shops, bars and restaurants of Montpellier, and the boutique shops of Bath Road.

Located on a pretty tree-lined road, this serviced apartment is in a popular Cheltenham location. It's a short walk from the quaint, friendly area of Tivoli, known for its independent retailers, recommended bars & restaurants and groceries. Only a short walk away from the fashionable district and vibrant social setting of ‘Montpellier Walk,’ where you'll find Door 4, Flynn’s Bar & Brasserie, plus many individual boutiques.
Stroll further down, and you're in Cheltenham’s regency town centre, surrounded by historical architecture & excellent shopping. Visit Cheltenham's Town Hall host to a large variety of events throughout the year.

Minimum stay is two nights - this may be higher at different times of the year or at particular apartments.
To book a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month.
Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, and the first instalment is received two weeks before arrival. For stays, less than two weeks full payment is made instead. The 20% deposit paid is deducted off the first instalment.
A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed its £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in times are from 2pm-6pm; the departure is 10 am unless otherwise agreed. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet. Their may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm, and 8 am, this is given to the person who meets you.
Please call us when your an hour away from arriving at the property, then you will be given a meet and greet.
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Stays of less than seven nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
