Corporate Accommodation in Cheltenham

My second visit to Cheltenham using Luxury Apartments to book accommodation. Both my visits were for business and for an extended period and so I didn’t use any of the many discounts and offers that were included. Both apartments were fitted to a very high standard, warm, and exceptionally well maintained. The paperwork both times was handled very efficiently and Luxury Apartment’s staff are all extremely nice to deal with and are very attentive to one’s needs. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this agency for your accommodation needs in Cheltenham, be they long or short.

Thank you for providing a pristine 2 bedroom apartment at 39 Rodney Road. Luxury apartments deserves 10 out of 10 for customer service, comfort and cleanliness. Our 6 day stay could not be faulted. And that, coming from a fussy customer! Have already recommended to others. Cheltenham a lovely regency town with great restaurants and shopping. Rodney Road extremely convenient for everything the town has to offer. Will definitely return!

We recently relocated to Cheltenham from overseas. While we looked for a home and waited for our household goods to arrive we needed temporary housing. Luxury Apartments provided us with a home away from home. We stayed there a little over a month and it was lovely. The apartment had everything we needed from appliances to washing up-liquid all in a very clean and cozy environment. It was comfortable, spacious, family-friendly and the staff provided us with all the help we needed to acclimate to our new city. I would highly recommend using Luxury Apartments if you are looking for a place to stay!

Luxury Apartments have been extremely accommodating over the last 6 months. They are always friendly and polite and I would recommend their services if you are ever looking for accommodation in Cheltenham/Gloucester. They are always prompt in returning our emails/requests and certainly go above and beyond to make my friend and I feel very welcomed.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Luxury Apartments Cheltenham to anyone. The apartment we stayed in was lovely and so well equipped. Customer service is amazing with very quick response via email or on phone. We will definitely be using luxury apartments again on our next visit to Cheltenham.

Really lovely friendly and helpful Company with excellent customer service. Loved our time in Cheltenham, even though our circumstances weren’t ideal at the time having been made homeless by a broken house sale chain. All home comforts provided, spotlessly clean nothing missed. Lovely location – would definitely revisit. Putting down as a Holiday visit – although it really wasn’t! All facilities available for working from home. Excellent. If I could do more than 5 stars I would.

My wife, our 12 year old daughter and myself stayed at 7A Lansdown Terrace Lane for about a week, booked with Luxury Apartments. It was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The service we received from Rachel was excellent. Replies to our queries via email were answered promptly, and the entire booking process was very pleasant. The apartment itself was wonderful, well appointed, well furnished and tastefully decorated. Becky was there when we arrived late at night to show us around and told us how everything worked. And we were allowed to check out late, at no charge, as the apartment was not booked for the next day. That was really very kind and helpful, as we had a late night flight and some luggage. All in, a very nice stay with Luxury Apartments.

Excellent customer focus, quick response times and always kind and attentive to customer needs. Every time I contacted them they are so very kind and helped me straight away. The flat itself was lovely, very good size and well kept and tastefully furnished. Would highly recommend Luxury to anyone looking for a great stay with a great experience!
