We believe that the perfect stay shouldn’t come at the expense of our planet. We are constantly coming up with new ways to make our company greener, including contributing to sustainability projects, monitoring our practices in the office, and making it easier for you to make eco-conscious choices.

Tree Planting with Ecologi

For every booking we process, we plant one tree. Through collaboration with ‘Ecologi’ we have funded the plantation of over 500 trees in Mozambique and Kenya. Click here to contribute more.

Ecologi has funded over 80 projects working towards Reforestation and Carbon Avoidance projects across the world.

Over the past few months, Ecologi has funded:

• Restoring Wildflowers, Wetlands, and Wildlife.
• Greening Mpimbwe Campaign in Southern Highlands of Tanzania
• Community-led reforestation of Mount Elgon Water Tower, Uganda
• Restoring blue carbon eco-systems
• Verified Afforestation, Reforestation, and Revegetation (ARR) projects

No Excuse for Single Use!

We ensure that the products in your Apartment are delivered in reusable containers provided to us by L’Occitaine. Where this isn’t possible, accessible recycling is also available in all of our properties, making it easier for you to make greener choices.

We’re here to help! If you want to save water by re-using towels, let us know, we’re happy to accommodate.

Office Practices 

We strive for a paperless office to produce as little waste as possible and try to make use of unavoidable waste. Coffee grounds are used to make compost for our office gardens and all confidential paperwork is sent to a secure recycling unit.
