The fully equipped, modern kitchen is ideal for self-catering stays. Plenty of sleek white counter space provides a functional area for preparing meals for a large group or family. Fully fitted home appliances including a dishwasher, large fridge freezer and two ovens for your convenience. There is also a small table with two chairs, with a further dining area in the lounge/diner.
The living room has unspoilt views over Imperial Gardens, while large sash windows flood light into the room. A neutrally toned colour scheme complements an elegant gold chandelier, oversized mirror and feature fireplace. Queens Circus is a great place to socialise and entertain with its dining area, which seats up to six guests, HD Smart TV and sound system.
To one end of the hallway, you’ll find the master bedroom with a traditional fireplace, a double-size bed with bedside tables, a large mirror and a wardrobe. The en-suite has a rainfall shower and underfloor heating.
Across the hallway is the second bedroom, also with a double bed, bedside tables, fireplace and wardrobe.
The third spacious bedroom has a double bed with a wardrobe and chest of drawers and overlooks Imperial Gardens.
Underfloor heating and a large skylight make for a bright and comfortable family bathroom. There are a separate bathtub and shower unit, plus plenty of storage for your toiletries.

Queens Circus is located in the heart of Montpellier, a great location for socialising and shopping. Just 200 yards to the right is the popular Montpellier Walk – home to many great salons, boutiques and bars such as Door 4, whilst 100 yards to the right is The Promenade. The Promenade is a beautiful tree-lined thoroughfare to the Town Centre, which runs parallel to stunning, well-manicured long gardens.
Queens Circus overlooks Imperial Gardens, home of Cheltenham Town Hall which hosts a number of events year-round, including music and comedy.
Nestled along the edge of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham is Britain's most complete Regency Town. Strolling around you'll certainly be wowed by the regency architecture - with impressive crescents, imposing pillars and huge sash windows.
Cheltenham is known as the Festival Town, hosting several large annual festivals that attract visitors from across the country. Popular festivals include the Literature Festival, the Gold Cup and the Jazz Festival.
The town also attracts many young academics, being the home of many highly regarded schools such as Cheltenham Ladies College, Cheltenham College, Dean Close and Pates Grammar.
If you wish to venture out and explore the Cotswolds, there is a large bus station at Royal Well which services the town centre, GCHQ, Bishops Cleeve, Gloucester, Stroud and Tewkesbury. Cheltenham Train Station is a few minutes' drive away.1 Queen Circus

The minimum stay is two nights - this may be higher at different times of the year or at particular apartments.
To book a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month.
Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, and the first instalment is received two weeks before arrival. For stays, less than 30 nights full payment is made instead. The 20% deposit paid is deducted from the first instalment.
A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed it's £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in times are from 3 pm-6 pm, at some properties, we can allow a later check-in time if self-check-in is possible, without charge. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet.
There may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm and 12 pm, if the property does not have a self-check-in option, the £50 is given to the person who meets you out of their office hours.
The departure is at 10 am unless otherwise agreed.
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.
Well behaved pets are permitted at this property.
Stays of less than seven nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
