This large and beautifully designed apartment oozes with character with its tall ceilings, large windows and period features. With its own entrance, underfloor heating and great location this is the perfect nest for short or long term stays.

The modern kitchen is ideal for your self-catered stay,  with sleek white counters providing a fantastic area for preparing meals. It’s a real delight to cook in as it’s fully equipped with home appliances including a dishwasher, a large fridge freezer, two ovens for your convenience and a small table with two chairs.

The living room is lined with large sash windows which allows plenty of light into the room with views of Imperial Gardens. The neutrally toned colour scheme and the elegant furnishings add sophistication to this property, giving it a tranquil feel. This room oozes with character with its marble fireplace, golden chandelier and large mirror. It also has a dining area which seats up to six guests, and an HD TV making it a brilliant social space to entertain in.

Walk down the spacious hallway and you’ll find the master bedroom with a traditional fireplace which adds extra charm to this period building. This bedroom also benefits from a sumptuous double-size bed, a large mirror and wardrobe. The en-suite has a walk-in shower with underfloor heating.

The third bedroom has one double size bed with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has views of Imperial Gardens and a double size bed and a large wardrobe with mirror. 

The family bathroom is a bright and spacious, with a modern and generously sized bath tub. It also benefits from a walk in shower, plenty of storage for your toiletries and underfloor heating for that cosy and luxurious feel.

Booking terms

Minimum stay is 2 nights, this may be higher at different times of the year or at particular apartments.

To book, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month. For the Gold cup festival, we take a 50% deposit instead, final payment is due a month prior to arrival which is non-refundable. 

Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, the first instalment is taken two weeks prior to arrival.  For stays, less than 2 weeks full payment is taken instead.  The 20% deposit paid is deducted off the first instalment.

A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 during the gold cup. If pets are allowed its £500. This is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.

Arrival and departure times

Check-in times are from 2pm-6pm, the departure is 10 am unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours before booking.

Please call us when your an hour away from arriving at the property, then you will be given a meet and greet.

Apartment rules

No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.

Well behaved pets are permitted at this property.

Cancellation policy

Stays of less than 7 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 7 days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property is able to be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).

Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least 7 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.

Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.

Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
