Spread across two floors, Churchside boasts light and large rooms, all within a prime Cheltenham location.

The living room in this serviced apartment has a beautiful Georgian window that curves around the side of the room, allowing light to flood in. Generous bookshelves and a large TV on another side of the room is making use of the space. Well appointed, with two three-seater sofas, an armchair, wooden coffee table and luxury ornaments, this apartment encapsulates style and comfort.  Above the living room is a mezzanine - ideal for a secluded reading spot. 

A modern kitchen provides plenty of storage - useful for a large family. There's also a wine rack, a large oven, separate fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. The granite worktop grants a spacious surface for cooking.

There are three bedrooms, with each one benefitting from a bathroom. Which all have walk-in showers, and the master bedroom has a bath too.  The bedrooms, like the rest of the serviced apartment, are spacious with high ceilings and come with plenty of storage space.

Whilst the apartment is in the heart of the town centre, Sandford Park is just 2 minutes stroll away – a great place to escape from the bustle of the town. Sandford Park is a great place for picnics, games and offers seating around the fountain and landscaped gardens leading to the River Chelt.

Nestled along the edge of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham is Britain's most complete Regency Town. Strolling around you'll certainly be wowed by the regency architecture - with impressive crescents, imposing pillars and huge sash windows.

Cheltenham is known as the Festival Town, hosting several large annual festivals that attract visitors from across the country. Popular festivals include the Literature Festival, the Gold Cup and the Jazz Festival.

The town also attracts many young academics, being the home of many highly regarded schools such as Cheltenham Ladies College, Cheltenham College, Dean Close and Pates Grammar.

FAQs

Do you allow pets?

In some apartments and houses pets are allowed. On each apartment page it says if pets are allowed at the top of the page. Most of our accommodation do not allow pets. If you have a pet allergy we have many suitable apartments we can offer you.

Is there a minimum number of nights I need to book?

We require a minimum stay of 2 nights, however, a few properties require 4 nights or longer to book.

  • 21 Montpellier House requires seven nights
  • 7c Queens Parade and 10 Saint James one month
How do I make a reservation?

Please email or phone to check availability, and we will let you know availability and rates. Once you are ready to book, we will send you an invoice which can be paid online or by bank transfer. 

Can I extend my stay?

Our apartments offer great flexibility and we are often able to increase the stay of our clients. But we cannot guarantee an extension.

Do the apartments have parking?

All properties have parking available, some have an allocated parking space or residence permits for the road, or free parking available outside the property.

Booking terms

To book a stay of fewer than 30 nights full payment is taken. For stays longer than 30 nights, payment is taken in 30-night intervals. For corporate stays different options are available, please ask for details. 

Should you cancel your stay, and stay for fewer than 30 nights, 20% of the stay is non-refundable. For stays longer than 30 nights, 20% of the first month is non-refundable. 

A security deposit of £250 is due on arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed it's £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.

Check-in times are from 3 pm-6 pm, at some properties, we can allow a later check-in time if self-check-in is possible, without charge. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet.

There may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm and 12 pm, if the property does not have a self-check-in option, the £50 is given to the person who meets you out of their office hours.  

The departure is at 10 am unless otherwise agreed.

Apartment rules

No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

Cancellation policy

Stays of 1-7 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received in less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).

Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.

Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.

Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.

Should you cancel your stay, and staying for fewer than 30 nights, 20% of the stay is non-refundable. For stays longer than 30 nights, 20% of the first month is non-refundable.
