Access the apartment through a communal hallway to the front of the property, or through the rear communal garden with bike store.
Enter the property to a spacious living-dining area, with a large corner sofa and dining table to seat 4. There’s also a glass work desk looking out onto the garden, perfect for working from home.
The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and all other necessary facilities for a self-catering stay. A cute serving hatch with a view through to the living area allows you to socialise whilst you cook.
Both bedrooms are light and airy with large Georgian style windows which allow light to stream in. The master bedroom has a super-king size bed, mirrored wardrobes and a handy dressing table, whilst the second bedroom is king size with plenty of storage. Both beds can split to create twin beds.
Modern and stylish ensuite bathrooms provide optimal comfort and convenience, with one offering a shower over a deep bath and the other a large walk-in shower, with a rainfall showerhead.

16 Lansdown Place is located towards the end of a stunning regency terrace in the heart of the popular Lansdown district just off the A40, providing great links to the M5.
Lansdown is a great area to stay whilst in Cheltenham with its proximity to both the independent bars and boutiques of Montpellier, home of many of our recommended businesses, as well as the high street shops in the Town Centre. There’s also a great local pub/restaurant and a children’s playground just 400 yards away.
Nestled along the edge of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham is Britain's most complete Regency Town. Strolling around you'll certainly be wowed by the regency architecture - with impressive crescents, imposing pillars and huge sash windows.
Cheltenham is known as the Festival Town, hosting several large annual festivals that attract visitors from across the country. Popular festivals include the Literature Festival, the Gold Cup and the Jazz Festival.
The town also attracts many young academics, being the home of many highly regarded schools such as Cheltenham Ladies College, Cheltenham College, Dean Close and Pates Grammar.
If you wish to venture out and explore the Cotswolds, there is a large bus station at Royal Well which services the town centre, GCHQ, Bishops Cleeve, Gloucester, Stroud and Tewkesbury. Cheltenham Train Station is a few minutes’ drive away.

Minimum stay is two nights - this may be higher at different times of the year or at particular apartments.
To book a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month.
Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, and the first instalment is received two weeks before arrival. For stays, less than two weeks full payment is made instead. The 20% deposit paid is deducted off the first instalment.
A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed its £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in times are from 2pm-6pm; the departure is 10 am unless otherwise agreed. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet. Their may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm, and 8 am, this is given to the person who meets you.
Please call us when your an hour away from arriving at the property, then you will be given a meet and greet.
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Stays of less than seven nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
