Statement interior features set this apartment aside from all others. When entering Lansdown Terrace Lane, your eye will be drawn into the master bedroom with its peaceful, light pastel decor. An abundance of light through the large sash windows overlooking the courtyard itself & grand mirror designs. With ample storage within the master bedroom, you also have a private en-suite and a spacious shower.
The spacious second has two double size beds, which overlooks the courtyard with large sash windows flooding light into the property.
Unique interior mirrors and vintage styled lights flow throughout the hallway at 7a. The main bathroom hosts a large bathtub and separate shower.
The living room is an open planned area with plenty of choice for seating to relax in, and has a unique interior, with stunning lighting designs & one-off pieces. The living room also benefits from a luxury sofa bed, perfect for occasional guests. As such, the apartment can sleep up to 6 people.
With a sash window stretched across the living room wall complete with Georgian shutters. The light oozes throughout the open plan living room & dining area with seating for 6 or more.
The kitchen is complete with all essentials, including a coffee machine and dishwasher. With a large storage cupboard equipped with a washer/dryer.

Lansdown Terrace Lane is situated on the doorstep of Cheltenham's most fashionable district, Montpellier Walk, with its wide variety of individual boutiques, cafes, wine & cocktail bars. Find our highly recommended local business such as door 4, Montpellier Flowers, cafe del art and more. The prestigious Cheltenham Ladies College & Cheltenham's vibrant Regency Town Centre, best known for its beautiful architecture and excellent shopping is a short distance away.
You can always keep entertained, with the Town Hall, Montpellier Gardens, and the Everyman and Playhouse theatres close by.
If you wish to travel outside of Cheltenham Spa to visit the picturesque Cotswolds, you will find the Cheltenham train station a short minutes drive away. Alternatively, there is a large coach and bus station situated at Cheltenham Royal Well, in the town centre.Lansdown Terrace Lane

Please read our terms and conditions. Minimum stay is two nights, and this may be higher at different times of the year or particular apartments.
To book a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month.
Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, and the first instalment is received two weeks before arrival. For stays, less than two weeks full payment is made instead. The 20% deposit paid is deducted off the first instalment.
A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed its £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in times are from 2pm-6pm; the departure is 10 am unless otherwise agreed. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet. Their may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm, and 8 am, this is given to the person who meets you.
Please call us when your an hour away from arriving at the property, then you will be given a meet and greet.
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Stays of less than seven nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
