Our payment options are extremely flexible, particularly in comparison to a letting agency or private landlord (who will typically ask for one month’s rent in advance, plus a deposit equivalent to a further month’s rent). We ask for the first monthly instalment or payment in full for stays less than 30 nights. Plus £250 to £500 security deposit, which is taken by credit card on arrival. Your security deposit is fully refundable within one week of departure provided the property is left in good order. Future payments can be made on monthly basis, with the first payment due two weeks before arrival. We can accept different payment terms on request.

The option to extend your stay is also available, and if you wish to cancel your booking or leave your accommodation early, you will not be charged for doing so. We only ask for 28 days’ written notice.

Our apartments are also an excellent option for pet owners, as some of our properties are a cat and dog-friendly subject to location.

We personally welcome all our guests upon arrival at their accommodation. One of our representatives will meet you to hand over the keys and show you around, address any questions you may have and help you settle in.

Check-in times are from 3pm-6pm, although an earlier or later check-in can be arranged (subject to availability) if you let us know in advance. We also have properties that allow check-in from any time after 3 pm, if self-check-in is possible.

To welcome you, we supply a complimentary settling-in pack of household essentials including tea and coffee, sugar and milk, biscuits, slippers, chocolate,  luxury Cole & Lewis toiletries, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, and general cleaning products and washing up liquid, kitchen roll, cloths and sponges. Also, a weekly cleaning service will be scheduled around your daily routine, including a linen change and fresh towels.

Welcome food packs are available upon request, and we can provide high chairs, and cots, at no extra cost.

A Welcome Folder and tablet can be found in each of our apartments, listing useful information such as local medical services (including doctors, dentists, hospitals and other specialists), childcare providers, our recommended restaurants, bars, cafés and family entertainment, maps of Cheltenham and discount vouchers for selected venues.
