Whether you’re staying with us or booking your employees accommodation, you can easily manage bookings online with our corporate accounts. Which gives access to preferential rates, invoices, and an area to manage multiple employees stays.
For single travellers our corporate account allows you to view and print off invoices and we can invite your finance department to view your invoices online. When booking you will automatically receive corporate rates and we can give you personal payment terms if required.
For accommodation managers our online account allows you to see where all employees are staying, what they’re paying, and any remaining balance owed, plus you can cancel or extend stays online. There's an accounting section that shows all employees invoices and deposits held in one place too.
You can order additional services for your own stay or for an employee. We offer a range of extra services and business specific services from daily cleans to providing printers. They can be ordered before your arrival or during. If you wish to send personalised gifts, perhaps with flowers and champagne. We are happy to create a message to add to any gift.
There is a section to edit your profile to ensure all information is up-to-date. You can even message us on the portal and access notes held about your requirements.
To create a company account, please contact us by email, phone or online. Then you will be given an account manager to set up your company on our system, with preferential rates and payment terms.
