Aurora Orchestra and Benjamin Grosvenor – Friday 3rd July 7pm @ Cheltenham Town Hall

One of Britain’s most innovative orchestras joins forces with internationally acclaimed pianist Benjamin Grosvenor for a thrilling opening night performance. Renowned for performing from memory, Aurora Orchestra brings an infectious energy and spontaneity to the concert hall, creating a uniquely engaging live experience. Za Górami – Saturday 4th July 3.30pm @ Pittville Pump Room

Vocalist and violinist Alice Zawadzki, pianist Fred Thomas and bassist Misha Mullov-Abbado form the captivating trio Za Górami. Blending folk traditions, chamber music and jazz with effortless improvisation, they create a rich and atmospheric sound world that feels both ancient and contemporary. Set within the elegant surroundings of Pittville Pump Room, this promises to be one of the festival’s most immersive and transportive performances.

Pre-Concert Dining in Cheltenham

Cheltenham’s food scene has grown considerably in recent years, and the area around the Town Hall is particularly well served. A few of our favourites for a pre-concert supper:

The Ivy Montpellier Brasserie — all-day dining in an elegant setting, perfect for a long evening before a late performance. Brasserie Blanc on the Promenade offers classic French cooking in beautiful surroundings. For something more relaxed, Chaplais Kitchen is an excellent low-key French bistro that uses local produce and ingredients from its deli in Tivoli.
