Sleek lightwood floors run through to the first of two bedrooms – a spacious kingsize bedroom. French doors open out onto a Juliet balcony, allowing the outside in. A calming, netural colour scheme is complemented by colourful accents in the cosy cushions and throw. A large built-in wardrobe offers plenty of storage whilst a cute dressing table flooded with natural light provides a perfect place to get ready.
To the other side of the corridor is a second light and airy bedroom – this one with twin single beds and a free-standing wardrobe.
At the far end of the property, there’s a spacious open plan living-dining area that comfortably seats 6 – a great place to dine and socialise. Whilst light streams in through the patio doors during the day, sleek grey panelling, velvet sofas and soft lighting ensure a cosy place to relax in the evening.
An abundance of light grey countertops and glossy white units provide a great place to prepare and create your favourite dishes. The kitchen comes fully equipped, including a washer dryer, dishwasher and handy appliances including a blender.

Number 10 is located in a quaint, private courtyard near to many great independent retailers including a butcher, dry cleaner, a hardware store, delicatessen and popular restaurant – The Tivoli.
Tivoli benefits from a quiet, relaxed atmosphere, whilst the livelier Bath Road and Montpellier are still easily reachable on foot in a few minutes.
Nestled along the edge of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham is Britain's most complete Regency Town. Strolling around you'll certainly be wowed by the regency architecture - with impressive crescents, imposing pillars and huge sash windows.
Cheltenham is known as the Festival Town, hosting several large annual festivals that attract visitors from across the country. Popular festivals include the Literature Festival, the Gold Cup and the Jazz Festival.
The town also attracts many young academics, being the home of many highly regarded schools such as Cheltenham Ladies College, Cheltenham College, Dean Close and Pates Grammar.

The minimum stay is two nights - this may be higher at different times of the year or at particular apartments.
To book a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month.
Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, and the first instalment is received two weeks before arrival. For stays, less than 30 nights full payment is made instead. The 20% deposit paid is deducted from the first instalment.
A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed it's £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in times are from 3 pm-6 pm, at some properties, we can allow a later check-in time if self-check-in is possible, without charge. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet.
There may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm and 12 pm, if the property does not have a self-check-in option, the £50 is given to the person who meets you out of their office hours.
The departure is at 10 am unless otherwise agreed.
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.
Well behaved pets are permitted at this property.
Stays of less than seven nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
