On Tivoli Road are several boutique shops, plus a café, and a specialist Wine shop. The area of Tivoli is pleasant to walk through, with many buildings painted in various pretty pastel shades.
Next to Tivoli is Suffolk, which offers a variety of restaurants and boutique shops. The Suffolk Market is also often held, which offers the opportunity to explore more local craftsmanship and to taste the local cuisine.
Our accommodation to rent in Cheltenham in Tivoli sit perfectly between other popular Cheltenham areas and are within a 15-minute walk to Hatherley Park, Montpellier and Bath Road, a popular shopping area in Cheltenham.
Cheltenham
Cheltenham’s town centre offers plenty of shopping opportunities, with a large high street and a shopping centre, Regency arcade. In addition, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars to take a moment to enjoy the area. There are also many fun activities to take part in with family or friends, such as crazy golf, bowling, cinema and escape rooms.
At one end of the town centre is a hidden gem of a Sandford park. Enjoy a coffee on cosy benches, shielded by lots of greenery, with a fountain calmly streaming beside you.
On the other end of the town centre is the bustling Brewery centre, which features many activities and popular restaurants and bars. The area is covered in twinkle lights, making it a pretty area to eat out in the evenings.
Cheltenham has one of the best Promenades in the county, which dates to 1818 at the height of the Regency period when the avenue of elms and horse chestnut trees was first planted. You will find some of the most well-known brands in clothing, luxury jewellers, art galleries, and eateries.

Can I extend my stay?
Our apartments offer great flexibility and we are often able to increase the stay of our clients but we recommend you contact us as soon as possible as our apartments are very popular.

Do you supply a coffee machine?
Some of our apartments have coffee machines, but on arrival, all guests will get tea, coffee, milk and biscuits.

How do I collect keys?
We meet and greet all of our clients to provide them with keys and/or keypad access codes.

What is your arrival/departure time?
Arrival time is from 3pm and the time of departure is 10 am. However, we will be happy to offer you earlier arrival times and later departure times if possible. There may be a charge for this service.
We usually have a later departure time on Sundays and Bank Holidays for the convenience of our clients and to allow our wonderful house-keeping team a relaxing Sunday morning or Bank Holiday

Each property must meet the following criteria, as we only handpick the best apartments for our corporate guests:

What items do Luxury Apartments provide?

To book a stay of fewer than 30 nights full payment is taken. For stays longer than 30 nights, payment is taken in 30-night intervals. For corporate stays different options are available, please ask for details.
Should you cancel your stay, and stay for fewer than 30 nights, 20% of the stay is non-refundable. For stays longer than 30 nights, 20% of the first month is non-refundable.
A security deposit of £250 is due on arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed it’s £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Check-in times are from 3 pm-6 pm, at some properties, we can allow a later check-in time if self-check-in is possible, without charge. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet.
There may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm and 12 pm, if the property does not have a self-check-in option, the £50 is given to the person who meets you out of their office hours.
The departure is at 10 am unless otherwise agreed.

Stays of 1-7 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received in less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 – 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
