Enter through a pretty front garden and down a few steps to an open plan living room-kitchen, the perfect social space for long-term stays. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the lounge, allowing you to cook whilst entertaining. There’s also a cute dining table for two.

A cool calming colour scheme runs throughout the apartment, creating a tranquil setting whilst light floods in through huge Georgian windows. Comfy sofas are placed around the cosy electric fireplace and 3D HD TV.  There's also a quaint window seat next to the big sash window for ultimate relaxation.

 A Super King size bed is centre of attention in the bedroom and can be split to create two large twin beds. The bedroom is perfectly finished with warm bedside lighting, cosy electric fireplace and an elegant glass dressing table. There’s also built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage.

Large, mirrored floor to ceiling sliding doors frame the hallway, offering additional storage and extra light.

The modern bathroom features a large electric shower and handy towel warmer whilst a washer dryer is tucked away out of sight.

The area is quiet and safe with a residential, gated park opposite. The renowned Pittville Park, lakes & Cheltenham Pump Rooms are all within close proximity.

Cheltenham Racecourse which hosts numerous racing festivals, live music and comedy events is also just over a mile away.

Nestled along the edge of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham is Britain's most complete Regency Town. Strolling around you'll certainly be wowed by the regency architecture - with impressive crescents, imposing pillars and huge sash windows.

Cheltenham is known as the Festival Town, hosting several large annual festivals that attract visitors from across the country. Popular festivals include the Literature Festival, the Gold Cup and the Jazz Festival.

The town also attracts many young academics, being the home of many highly regarded schools such as Cheltenham Ladies College, Cheltenham College, Dean Close and Pates Grammar.

If you wish to venture out and explore the Cotswolds, there is a large bus station at Royal Well which services the town centre, GCHQ, Bishops Cleeve, Gloucester, Stroud and Tewkesbury. Cheltenham Train Station is a few minutes' drive away.

FAQs

Do you allow pets?

In some apartments and houses pets are allowed. On each apartment page it says if pets are allowed at the top of the page. Most of our accommodation do not allow pets. If you have a pet allergy we have many suitable apartments we can offer you.

Is there a minimum number of nights I need to book?

We require a minimum stay of 2 nights, however, a few properties require 4 nights or longer to book.

  • 21 Montpellier House requires seven nights
  • 7c Queens Parade and 10 Saint James one month
How do I make a reservation?

Please email or phone to check availability, and we will let you know availability and rates. Once you are ready to book, we will send you an invoice which can be paid online or by bank transfer. 

Can I extend my stay?

Our apartments offer great flexibility and we are often able to increase the stay of our clients. But we cannot guarantee an extension.

Do the apartments have parking?

All properties have parking available, some have an allocated parking space or residence permits for the road, or free parking available outside the property.

Booking terms

To book a stay of fewer than 30 nights full payment is taken. For stays longer than 30 nights, payment is taken in 30-night intervals. For corporate stays different opinions are available, please ask for details. 

Should you cancel your stay, and staying for fewer than 30 nights, 20% of the stay is non-refundable. For stays longer than 30 nights, 20% of the first month is non-refundable. 

A security deposit of £250 is due on arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed it's £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.

Check-in times are from 3 pm-6 pm, at some properties, we can allow a later check-in time if self-check-in is possible, without charge. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet.

There may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm and 12 pm, if the property does not have a self-check-in option, the £50 is given to the person who meets you out of their office hours.  

The departure is at 10 am unless otherwise agreed.

Apartment rules

No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

Cancellation policy

Stays of 1-7 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received in less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).

Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.

Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.

Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.

Should you cancel your stay, and staying for fewer than 30 nights, 20% of the stay is non-refundable. For stays longer than 30 nights, 20% of the first month is non-refundable.
