Experience the comfort and grandeur of Regency Cheltenham in this historic townhouse situated in the Pittville District, home to the town’s Spa origins.

Across the property, classic features including high, decorative ceilings, ornate fireplaces and large sash windows, evoke a sense of elegance and distinction. Typical of regency style, a grand central staircase winds through the house, leading from spacious living spaces to private ensuite bedrooms, gifting both the space to socialise and enjoy privacy.

The entrance opens onto a roomy hallway which offers a coat and boot room for convenience. The ground-floor features a kitchen and dining room, which benefits from the large front windows, allowing light to fill the space. The central dining table accommodates up to 10 people, allowing for a sociable cooking and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and plenty of storage and surface space.

Across the hallway, the drawing room offers the perfect cosy environment to wind down together. Elements such as a Persian rug, blankets, TV and comfy sofas create a snug atmosphere while the ornate fireplace and sash windows maintain the classic charm.

    • How do I confirm a booking?

      To complete a booking we take payment as follows. Once we receive the required payment your booking will be complete.

      Payment Terms:

      • Stays under 30 nights: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
      • Stays over 30 nights: Payment for the first 30 nights is taken at the time of booking, then payment is collected in 30-day intervals.
      • For corporate stays, different payment options may be available—please contact us for more information.
    • What happens if I don't check out on time?

      Check out for everyone is 10am, unless you have written to us in advance requesting a late check out time and we’ve confirmed this. If you fail to do this then we will deduct a fee from your security deposit. We need to allow the cleaners to get in the apartment and turn it around before the next guest arrives at 3pm.

    • What is your arrival/departure time?

      Arrival time is from 3pm and the time of departure is 10 am. However, we will be happy to offer you earlier arrival times and later departure times if possible. There may be a charge for this service.

      We usually have a later departure time on Sundays and Bank Holidays for the convenience of our clients and to allow our wonderful house-keeping team a relaxing Sunday morning or Bank Holiday

      We need the following properties to meet our demand:

      • In Cheltenham, we are looking for properties in prime areas; Montpellier, Lansdown, the town centre, Tivoli, or around Pittville Park.
      • In Cheltenham, we are taking on Gold Cup-specific apartments and houses for the Cheltenham festival week every March.
      • In Gloucester, we are looking for properties in the Gloucester Docks.
      • Looking for investors or owners of a block of flats in Bristol, Birmingham, and Bath

      Each property must meet the following criteria, as we only handpick the best apartments for our corporate guests:

      • A high finish with modern bathrooms and kitchens
      • In an excellent condition
      • Spacious rooms
      • Parking
      • Good shower pressure
    • Can I extend my stay?

      Our apartments offer great flexibility and we are often able to increase the stay of our clients but we recommend you contact us as soon as possible as our apartments are very popular.

    • How do I collect keys?

      We meet and greet all of our clients to provide them with keys and/or keypad access codes.

    • Do you supply a coffee machine?

      Some of our apartments have coffee machines, but on arrival, all guests will get tea, coffee, milk and biscuits.

    • Payment Terms:

      Security Deposit:

      • A security deposit is required upon arrival:
        • £250 for most stays
        • £500 for certain properties or during the Cheltenham Gold Cup
        • £500 if pets are allowed
      • This deposit will be refunded once we confirm the apartment is left in good condition.

      Check-In:

      • Check-in times are between 3 pm and 6 pm.
      • We will meet you upon arrival, show you around the apartment, explain how everything works, and provide helpful information about the local area to help you settle in.
      • Self-check-in is available. If you arrive after 6 pm, we will provide you with a code for check-in.

      Check-Out:

      • Departure is at 10 am, unless otherwise arranged.

      Booking terms apply.

    • No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No parties, hen or stag do’s.Pets are not permitted at this property.Booking terms apply.
    • Cancellation Policy – Non-Refundable Charge regardless of notice given:

      • Stays under 30 nights: 20% of the total cost is non-refundable.
      • Stays over 30 nights: 20% of the first month is non-refundable.

      Cancellation Notice for Reducing or Cancelling the Remaining Stay:

      • 1–29 nights: At least 7 days before arrival. If cancelled in less than 7 days, a charge for 7 nights will apply at the 7-night rate for the property.
      • 30+ nights: At least 30 days before arrival. If cancelled in less than 30 days, a charge for 30 nights will apply.

      Cheltenham Gold Cup Bookings:

      • 30-day notice is required.
      • Cancellations within 30 days incur a 20% non-refundable charge.
      • Cancellations within less than 30 days incur a 100% charge.
      • This applies to bookings that span the Gold Cup event, even if the total stay is under 90 nights.

      Non-Arrivals:

      • Treated as a cancellation with a 100% charge.

      Reduction in Nights Stayed:

      • Any reduction in the number of nights will be treated as a cancellation.
      • If your stay is shortened and moves to a different price bracket, a higher nightly rate may apply.
      • You can view each apartment’s price bracket on its specific page.
      • Our price brackets are:
        • 1–6 nights
        • 7–19 nights
        • 20–29 nights
        • 30–89 nights
        • 90+ nights

      Travel & Personal Insurance:
