Lansdown is an admirable walking experience. The area is full of tall Regency-era buildings, the most striking being Lansdown Crescent, a curved regency building several stories high. As you take in the impressive view of the Crescent-shaped building, you are accompanied by trees and a quiet grassy area ideal for picnics.
Lansdown is also a stone’s throw away from Montpellier, the centre of Cheltenham. It is also closeby to Tivoli and the Suffolks.
Cheltenham is a picturesque town renowned for its regency architecture, beautifully kept greenery and festival culture.
A walk around Cheltenham will quickly showcase its magnificence as you take in the grand surrounding buildings, lofty trees and large floral beds, which add a lovely splash of colour to its green surroundings.
Cheltenham also features several parks, with three in the town centre alone. There is always an opportunity to enjoy some lovely greenery close by.
Cheltenham is more than a pretty town, though, with its famous events such as the Gold Cup festival and Literature festival drawing in tourists worldwide.
Outside of the 30+ festivals hosted in Cheltenham each year, the town has many restaurants, bars, boutique shops and activities for groups of friends and families.

We provide flexible payments and everything you need for a long term stay.
We do have apartments which are situated on the ground floor or have lift access. If there are specific requirements you need, let us know when enquiring.
Yes, there is parking available. Some have secured garages, others have free parking on the road. None should require paid parking.
Our apartments offer great flexibility and we are often able to increase the stay of our clients but we recommend you contact us as soon as possible as our apartments are very popular.

In some apartments and houses pets are allowed. On each apartment page it says if pets are allowed at the top of the page. Most of our accommodation do not allow pets. If you have a pet allergy we have many suitable apartments we can offer you.
To book a stay of fewer than 30 nights full payment is taken. For stays longer than 30 nights, payment is taken in 30-night intervals. For corporate stays different options are available, please ask for details.
Should you cancel your stay, and stay for fewer than 30 nights, 20% of the stay is non-refundable. For stays longer than 30 nights, 20% of the first month is non-refundable.
A security deposit of £250 is due on arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed it’s £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Check-in times are from 3 pm-6 pm, at some properties, we can allow a later check-in time if self-check-in is possible, without charge. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet.
There may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm and 12 pm, if the property does not have a self-check-in option, the £50 is given to the person who meets you out of their office hours.
The departure is at 10 am unless otherwise agreed.
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Parties, hen or stag do’s.
Well behaved pets are permitted at this property.

Stays of 1-7 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received in less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 – 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
