  • Frequently Asked Questions

    • Do you allow pets?

      In some apartments and houses pets are allowed. On each apartment page it says if pets are allowed at the top of the page. Most of our accommodation do not allow pets. If you have a pet allergy we have many suitable apartments we can offer you.

    • Are there any wheelchair access apartments?

      We do have apartments which are situated on the ground floor or have lift access. If there are specific requirements you need, let us know when enquiring.

    • How do I make a reservation?

      When you find your ideal serviced apartment you can book online or contact us directly via phone or email to proceed with your booking.

      A friendly member of the Luxury Apartments team will be able to take you through step by step of our booking process.

    • What payment methods do you accept?

      We accept all major credit and debit cards.

      We also accept payment online and by bankers draft. All payments received must be NET of any bank charges.

    • Is there a minimum number of nights I need to book?

      We require a minimum stay of 2 nights.

      There are some additional properties that require a longer minimum night stay, please see specific property pages for further details.

  • Full payment is taken to book a stay of fewer than 30 nights. For stays longer than 30 nights, payment is taken in 30-night intervals. For corporate stays, different options are available, please ask for details.

    Should you cancel your stay and stay for fewer than 30 nights, 20% of the stay is non-refundable. For stays longer than 30 nights, 20% of the first month is non-refundable.

    A security deposit of £250 is due on arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed, it’s £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.

    Check-in times are from 3 pm-6 pm; at some properties, we can allow a later check-in time if self-check-in is possible, without charge. Before booking, please get in touch with us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may be unable to meet.

    There may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm and 12 pm; if the property does not have a self-check-in option, the £50 is given to the person who meets you outside of their office hours.

    The departure is at 10 am unless otherwise agreed.

  • No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No parties, hen or stag do’s.

  • We take a 50% deposit on booking and full payment a month before arrival for the Gold Cup Festival or the Cheltenham Festival. We do not offer refunds on Gold Cup stay.  As such, we strongly advise that you take out cancellation insurance.

    Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
