This charming one-bedroom apartment in Cheltenham is nestled in the peaceful Pittville Mews, just a short walk from the beautiful Pittville Park and bustling High Street and Brewery Quarter.
Enter through the private courtyard, which offers a small dining area, perfect for soaking up some sun, when the weather allows it.
The light, airy entrance hall combines art with practicality through a bold art piece and minimalist wooden coat hooks. This area allows plenty of space to store coats and boots.
Opening onto the living room, you’ll find a cosy shared space, perfect for socializing, that exudes period charm. The corner sofa and large dining table allow ample room for either entertaining or unwinding in the evening. The antique fireplace, with hand-painted tiles, is a central feature of the room. A petite glass coffee table is placed by the original, curved Georgian shutters. Bathed in sunlight, this is the spot for a morning coffee, sunlit lunch, or dinner date.
Folding, antique shutter doors open onto the bedroom. Sitting at the front of the property, the bedroom enjoys the sunlight from the front windows and, decorated in gentle whites, adopts a calm, serene quality. The king-size bed is luxuriously spacious for a good night’s sleep and two large wardrobes provide generous storage space.
Floor-to-ceiling tiles, freestanding style bath, and rainfall shower give the ensuite bathroom a sumptuously luxurious feel sure to inspire hours of lounging in the bath.
To the other end of the living room, the newly furnished kitchen is fitted with quality appliances so you can cook with ease. The space is completed with quartz countertops and under-cabinet lighting for a polished finish.

The Pittville area is host to the largest park in Cheltenham. Pittville Park is not only a lovely park to walk through and enjoy the scenery. Still, it is home to several outdoor activity experiences such as golf, boating, tennis, and swan-spotting!
The park also has several cafes so that you can grab a coffee or bite to eat, and it has a large children’s play area, which will offer hours of fun for families.
Down the road from our Pittville apartments is Cheltenham Racecourse, which hosts Cheltenham’s famous Gold cup and various other events, from Bonfire night to comedy shows to children’s shows such as Paw Patrol Live.
Cheltenham is a picturesque town which is renowned for its regency architecture, beautifully kept greenery, and festival culture.
A walk around Cheltenham will quickly showcase its magnificence as you take in the grand surrounding buildings, lofty trees and large floral beds, which add a lovely splash of colour to its green surroundings.
Cheltenham also features several parks, with three in the town centre alone. There is always an opportunity to enjoy some lovely greenery close by.
Cheltenham is more than a pretty town, though, with its famous events such as the Gold Cup and Literature festivals drawing in tourists worldwide. Outside of the 30+ festivals hosted in Cheltenham each year, the town has many restaurants, bars, boutique shops and activities for groups of friends and families.
To book a stay of fewer than 30 nights full payment is taken. For stays longer than 30 nights, payment is taken in 30-night intervals. For corporate stays different options are available, please ask for details.
Should you cancel your stay, and stay for fewer than 30 nights, 20% of the stay is non-refundable. For stays longer than 30 nights, 20% of the first month is non-refundable.
A security deposit of £250 is due on arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed it’s £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Check-in times are from 3 pm-6 pm, at some properties, we can allow a later check-in time if self-check-in is possible, without charge. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet.
There may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm and 12 pm, if the property does not have a self-check-in option, the £50 is given to the person who meets you out of their office hours.
The departure is at 10 am unless otherwise agreed.
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party’s, hen or stag do’s.
Pets are not permitted at this property.

Stays of 1-7 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received in less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 – 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
