We’re excited to introduce 7 Royal Parade, a cosy two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Cheltenham, ideally close to Montpellier’s boutique shops and restaurants and Cheltenham Ladies’ College. This apartment is perfect for a couple of friends or small families visiting Cheltenham that want to explore or make the most of their time in Cheltenham.
This cosy apartment resides within the prestigious area of Montpellier, a place of Cheltenham, which is renowned for its regency architecture, pretty parks, and independent shops and restaurants. The town centre and other shopping areas of Cheltenham are within walking distance of the apartment, as is Royal Well coach station, which makes this apartment ideal for those travelling by coach.
This two-bedroom apartment is perfect for those wanting extra space but a central location. The property is on Royal Parade Mews, a cul-de-sac tucked behind Montpellier Street, which hosts several boutique shops. It is also attached to the pretty tree-lined Bayshill Road, home to Cheltenham Ladies’ College.
One of the pretty parks that 7 Royal Parade is close to is Montpellier Gardens, a well-kept park with a coffee shop, gallery, tennis courts and children’s play area. It is a lovely area to walk through, regardless of the season you are visiting. It is also a prime spot for Cheltenham’s various festivals, including the Cheltenham Literature festival.
The apartment is located within a regency-style building that reflects the architecture that Cheltenham is known for.
The master double bedroom is warm and inviting, with dark wooden features such as the bedframe, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. There is also an armchair by the side of the bed which is ideal for getting ready in the morning or reading before bed. The room also features an en-suite bathroom, complete with a shower. This is not the only bathroom on the property; there is another bathroom that is separate from both bedrooms so that it can serve additional guests and any potential visitor; this one has a shower and bath combination.
The second bedroom offers flexibility to our guests, as it can be set up as another double bed or two separate twin beds; we set it up based on guests’ preferences so that it’s ready to use. A sofa bed in the living room can be used if agreed upon in advance. This bedroom is different to the first in its colour palette, as, unlike the first bedroom, which featured dark wood throughout, this one has white and cream furniture, creating a neutral, calming feel.
Moving onto the living room, you get an immediate sense of cosiness, with the cream sofas with lots of cushions, the large fireplace, and the house plants scattered around the room. Also within the room is a dining table for four. It’s located next to the Georgian French doors leading out to the courtyard, meaning guests can enjoy the garden’s greenery, even if eating indoors.
Walk through the doors at the back of the living room to find a private courtyard with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, allowing guests to dine outside without feeling too looked. There are numerous garden plants, creating a cosy feel, even when you’re outdoors.
The final room in the apartment is the kitchen. It has a lovely warm colour palette and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. There is a breakfast bar so that the person cooking can be kept company or so that a person can do a bit of work on their laptop, away from the living area, so that work and relaxation can be kept separate. In the kitchen, you’ll also find a washer/dryer.
This is a cosy apartment based within a Central Cheltenham location, making it great for those wanting space but a central location. The cosiness of this apartment makes it particularly ideal for those seeking extended stays that want a home away from home. Contact us to get booked.
