    • What is your arrival/departure time?

      Arrival time is from 3pm and the time of departure is 10 am. However, we will be happy to offer you earlier arrival times and later departure times if possible. There may be a charge for this service.

      We usually have a later departure time on Sundays and Bank Holidays for the convenience of our clients and to allow our wonderful house-keeping team a relaxing Sunday morning or Bank Holiday

      We need the following properties to meet our demand:

      • In Cheltenham, we are looking for properties in prime areas; Montpellier, Lansdown, the town centre, Tivoli, or around Pittville Park.
      • In Cheltenham, we are taking on Gold Cup-specific apartments and houses for the Cheltenham festival week every March.
      • In Gloucester, we are looking for properties in the Gloucester Docks.
      • Looking for investors or owners of a block of flats in Bristol, Birmingham, and Bath

      Each property must meet the following criteria, as we only handpick the best apartments for our corporate guests:

      • A high finish with modern bathrooms and kitchens
      • In an excellent condition
      • Spacious rooms
      • Parking
      • Good shower pressure
    • Can I extend my stay?

      Our apartments offer great flexibility and we are often able to increase the stay of our clients but we recommend you contact us as soon as possible as our apartments are very popular.

    • Do you supply a coffee machine?

      Some of our apartments have coffee machines, but on arrival, all guests will get tea, coffee, milk and biscuits.

    • How do I collect keys?

      We meet and greet all of our clients to provide them with keys and/or keypad access codes.

    • Do you provide towels and bedding?

      Yes, and fresh linen and towels are provided weekly.

    • Do you provide a hairdryer?

      All of our apartments have hairdryers.

    • Is a housekeeping service provided?

      Yes we provide weekly house-keeping. Extra cleans can be arranged on request for an extra charge.

  • To book a stay of fewer than 30 nights full payment is taken. For stays longer than 30 nights, payment is taken in 30-night intervals. For corporate stays different options are available, please ask for details.

    Should you cancel your stay, and stay for fewer than 30 nights, 20% of the stay is non-refundable. For stays longer than 30 nights, 20% of the first month is non-refundable.

    A security deposit of £250 is due on arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed it’s £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.

    Check-in times are from 3 pm-6 pm, at some properties, we can allow a later check-in time if self-check-in is possible, without charge. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet.

    There may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm and 12 pm, if the property does not have a self-check-in option, the £50 is given to the person who meets you out of their office hours.

    The departure is at 10 am unless otherwise agreed.

  • No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No parties, hen or stag do’s.

    Well behaved pets are permitted at this property.

  • Stays of 1-7 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received in less than seven days will only be reimbursed if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).

    Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 – 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights of accommodation.

    Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights of accommodation.

    Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and subject to a 100% cancellation charge.

    Should you cancel your stay, and staying for fewer than 30 nights, 20% of the stay is non-refundable. For stays longer than 30 nights, 20% of the first month is non-refundable.
