Spread across 214 square meters, this serviced house offers a rare opportunity to accommodate up to 10 adults comfortably, with it's multiple sitting rooms, five bedrooms, large garden and kitchen.
Entrance to the property is through a private gate, onto a driveway where you can park up to five cars.
Inside the house is a modern kitchen, perfect for large groups. It's fitted with an American fridge freezer and fully equipped with good quality kitchenware. An island provides extra space to prepare your meals, and seats four for breakfast.
In the first of three sitting rooms, you can cosy up in front of a beautiful log fire, and watch the horse racing on a large HD-TV, whilst reclining on comfy leather sofas. Open the patio doors to the pretty garden which offers outdoor seating on the patio, as well as a snug cabin. There is also a log fire outside to enjoy in the evening.
A further reception room has two large comfy fabric sofas to unwind on and discuss the day ahead. It benefits from the beautiful backdrop of the well-maintained garden, and a feature fireplace.
Following through to the bedrooms, there is a toilet room, a small seating area, and a family bathroom with a shower over bath. There are four well-appointed bedrooms each uniquely decorated, and one has an en-suite with a walk-in rainfall shower. The bedrooms comprise of two king-size beds and two doubles.
The master comes with a super king-size bed on a comfy headboard, a walk-in wardrobe and a large en-suite with a separate bath and walk-in shower, plus his and hers sinks, overlooking the garden.
A zebra painted reading room provides two quiet spots away from the first two reception rooms. To the back of the property is a gymnasium, where you can play pool and exercise, also use the four bathroom which has a rainfall shower.
The house is in a quiet area of Cheltenham, but just a stone’s throw away from the popular Montpellier area with its abundance of boutique shops, restaurants and bars.

FAQs
In some apartments and houses pets are allowed. On each apartment page it says if pets are allowed at the top of the page. Most of our accommodation do not allow pets. If you have a pet allergy we have many suitable apartments we can offer you.
We require a minimum stay of 2 nights, however, a few properties require 4 nights or longer to book.
- 21 Montpellier House requires seven nights
- 7c Queens Parade and 10 Saint James one month
Please email or phone to check availability, and we will let you know availability and rates. Once you are ready to book, we will send you an invoice which can be paid online or by bank transfer.
Our apartments offer great flexibility and we are often able to increase the stay of our clients. But we cannot guarantee an extension.
All properties have parking available, some have an allocated parking space or residence permits for the road, or free parking available outside the property.
Booking terms
To book a stay of fewer than 30 nights full payment is taken. For stays longer than 30 nights, payment is taken in 30-night intervals. For corporate stays different options are available, please ask for details.
Should you cancel your stay, and stay for fewer than 30 nights, 20% of the stay is non-refundable. For stays longer than 30 nights, 20% of the first month is non-refundable.
A security deposit of £250 is due on arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed it's £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Check-in times are from 3 pm-6 pm, at some properties, we can allow a later check-in time if self-check-in is possible, without charge. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet.
There may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm and 12 pm, if the property does not have a self-check-in option, the £50 is given to the person who meets you out of their office hours.
The departure is at 10 am unless otherwise agreed.
Apartment rules
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Cancellation policy
Stays of 1-7 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received in less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
