The kitchen has been furnished to a modern standard with its spacious, wooden worktops and glossy white storage units. Perfect for self-catering stays, a brilliant space for cooking in and comes fully equipped with a dishwasher and a large fridge freezer. The doors can be opened to create an open-plan space or can be shut, so there are no disturbances in the living room.
You’ll find a large dining table which can seat up to six people in the lounge, which is great for hosting dinners. In addition to a desk, chair, and table lamp if you needed a quiet working station.
Wander over to the fabric sofa and settle in for a cosy night, amongst the plump pillows. Have a Virgin Media TV experience, or pop a DVD on. The living room has a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring that you don’t miss your home comforts.
The large family bathroom comes with a power shower and a tempting, deep-seated bath where you can enjoy a relaxing soak and ample shelf space for your toiletries.
The bright and airy master bedroom consists of a sumptuous king size bed with a cushioned headboard for maximum comfort and comes with a wardrobe and a separate set of drawers. Enjoy the CD player and speakers, and unwind on your very own balcony which is accessible from both bedroom doors. The master bedroom hosts an en-suite with a shower.
The second bedroom features a double bed which can be split into two comfortable twins if required and wardrobe space. Venture out onto the balcony with a glass of wine and make use of the table and chairs provided, while appreciating the quiet area and views.

10 St James is located just a short stroll from the Town Centre in a quiet residential area. There’s a local church, a children’s playground and a supermarket within 500 yards of the apartment.
A few minutes in the other direction you’ll reach the popular Montpellier district and The Promenade – home to many of Cheltenham’s best bars, salons and restaurants.
Nestled along the edge of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham is Britain's most complete Regency Town. Strolling around you'll certainly be wowed by the regency architecture - with impressive crescents, imposing pillars and huge sash windows.
Cheltenham is known as the Festival Town, hosting several large annual festivals that attract visitors from across the country. Popular festivals include the Literature Festival, the Gold Cup and the Jazz Festival.
The town also attracts many young academics, being the home of many highly regarded schools such as Cheltenham Ladies College, Cheltenham College, Dean Close and Pates Grammar.
If you wish to venture out and explore the Cotswolds, there is a large bus station at Royal Well which services the town centre, GCHQ, Bishops Cleeve, Gloucester, Stroud and Tewkesbury. Cheltenham Train Station is a few minutes’ drive away.10 Saint James

Minimum stay is two nights - this may be higher at different times of the year or at particular apartments.
To book a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month.
Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, and the first instalment is received two weeks before arrival. For stays, less than two weeks full payment is made instead. The 20% deposit paid is deducted off the first instalment.
A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed its £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in times are from 2pm-6pm; the departure is 10 am unless otherwise agreed. Before booking please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may not be able to meet. Their may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm, and 8 am, this is given to the person who meets you.
Please call us when your an hour away from arriving at the property, then you will be given a meet and greet.
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Stays of less than seven nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
