The kitchen has been furnished to a modern standard with its spacious, wooden worktops and glossy white storage units. Perfect for self-catering stays, a brilliant space for cooking in and comes fully equipped with a dishwasher and a large fridge freezer. The doors can be opened to create an open-plan space or can be shut so there are no disturbances in the living room.
You’ll find a large dining table which can seat up to six people in the lounge, which is great for hosting dinners. In addition to a desk, chair, and table lamp if you needed a quiet working station.
Wander over to the fabric sofa and settle in for a cosy night, amongst the plump pillows. Have a Virgin Media TV experience, or pop a DVD on. The living room has a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring that you don’t miss your home comforts.
The large family bathroom comes with a power shower and a tempting, deep-seated bath where you can enjoy a relaxing soak and ample shelf space for your toiletries.
The bright and airy master bedroom consists of a sumptuous king size bed with a cushioned headboard for maximum comfort and comes with a wardrobe and a separate set of drawers. Enjoy the CD player and speakers, and unwind on your very own balcony which can be accessed from both bedroom doors. The master bedroom hosts an en-suite with a shower.
The second bedroom features a double bed which can be split into two comfortable twins if required and wardrobe space. Venture out onto the balcony with a glass of wine and make use of the table and chairs provided, whilst appreciating the quiet area and views.

Within a short distance to many of our recommended local businesses and Cheltenham’s renowned excellent shopping & historical architecture. There is plenty of entertainment at the Brewery complex and Cheltenham Town Hall, all festivals are held in the charming ‘imperial Gardens’ just a moment’s walk from St James.
The Royal Well coach station just off from Cheltenham Town centre will take you out into the scenic Cotswolds. Alternatively, there is Cheltenham train Station just a short drive away.10 Saint James

Minimum stay is 2 nights, this may be higher at different times of the year or at particular apartments.
To book, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month.
Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, the first instalment is taken two weeks prior to arrival. For stays, less than 2 weeks full payment is taken instead. The 20% deposit paid is deducted off the first instalment.
A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 during the gold cup. If pets are allowed its £500. This is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in times are from 2pm-6pm, the departure is 10 am unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours before booking.
Please call us when your an hour away from arriving at the property, then you will be given a meet and greet.
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Stays of less than 7 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 7 days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property is able to be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least 7 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
