Property Refurbishments

Luxury Apartments works closely with top architectural designer Arash Noori. He has over 25 years of experience in the design and build industry.

Arash has designed and project managed many apartment alterations and refurbishments. Many of the properties have been specifically designed for luxury-serviced apartments. Depending on the state and the layout of the existing property, an interior design and structural brief is prepared.

Once the final design and costing is approved, Arash will project manage the entire operation until completion. Arash and the team from Luxury Apartments will work together to achieve a very high standard of finish and provide all modern equipment and furniture required.

With their extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, the end result will be an attractive and easy to maintain apartment ready for rental. We believe strongly that a well-designed serviced apartment is the key to obtaining high occupancy and repeat business.
